According the family, the spouse has been living separately. Their daughter was looked after by the maternal grandmother in Ca Mau. On summer, Duyen came to Ca Mau and took his daughter to Vinh Long.
During that time, Duyen was busy so, he let the child to his friend’s house, however unfortunately, a sad story happened.
A police in Vinh Long said that the Institution of investigation had inspected a suspecter, Nguyen Phan Phi Long (29 years old, a close friend of Duyen).
The offender had admitted to violate the girl with a view to “education” but seemed to be beyond of control.
Polices in Vinh Long have detained the offender to investigate and wait for the result of the assessment to form criminal documents.
